Addie – Head Brewer
A graduate of the Brewmaster and Brewery Operations Management program at Niagara College, Addie is the one that does all heavy lifting in the brewery. Addie’s first recipe with Daft turned into our world famous Lemon Grab. So, if you liked the beer you had here it means Addie made it. If you didn’t…well that probably means Ryan touched it.
Adam – King of the Rats
Daft’s almost competent CEO is just that. Almost competent. Adam has three young daughters that keep him busy when he’s not wearing one of a zillion hats at Daft. If something breaks at Daft, Adam fixes it (and probably broke it too). Adam organizes all of the events, runs the social media, drinks all the beer (one of the perks of the job!) and has been steering the ship at Daft since day one.
Damien – Sales Account Manager
Damien sells our beer. Please buy beer from him and/or subscribe to his only fans account. It probably exists. Beer delivery in those shorts available by special request.
Brady Miller - Taproom and Kitchen Manager
Brady has been with Daft for a few years now and is absolutely in love with every aspect of his job at Daft. His favourite part about working for Daft is when he starts doing kitchen prep then a food order immediately comes in. OK fine, he hates it, but the rest of us love it 🩵
