Our food is unpretentious, delicious, and is designed to pair with our beers. Our Head Chef Brendan has curated a small but amazing menu for Daft. Brendan has a passion for doing food from scratch and including as many house made components as possible. Featuring our Smoked Bacon Sandwiches, our artisanal Daft Dogs, a mighty fine charcuterie board, and several delicious shareables, we wanted to have a menu that was small, but every item on it is worth the trip alone.
We are very fond of cheese and take it almost as seriously as we do beer. You’ll always find a rotating option of unique artisanal cheeses available at Daft all specifically chosen to pair with our current selection of beer.
