Stand-Up Comedy

Daft Brewing is now an official Yuk Yuks Affiliate Comedy Club!

This means that at least once a month, we'll be putting on a ticketed Comedy Show featuring pro comics from Yuk Yuks!

Yuk Yuks has been around for almost 50 years and is Canada’s biggest Comedy Club with clubs all across Canada. With more than 100 professional comedians in their arsenal,Yuk Yuks shows feature only the best and funniest comics that Canada has to offer.

We will still be putting on our FREE Comedy Shows on the first Thursday of every month.

So what can you expect from a Yuk Yuks Comedy show at Daft, and what makes it different from our free monthly show?


Unlike our free monthly show that we put on on the first Thursday of every month, which features 8-12 local comedians with the occasional pro jumping in, a Yuk Yuks show at Daft will feature 3-4 professional comics who are funny for a living! This means that you can expect new faces, new material, more laughs, bigger laughs, and longer sets that follow the classic standard comedy club format (MC, Opener, Feature, and Headliner). In general, you can expect to laugh your ass off.
