Daft Brewing is excited to host guided Yoga classes with KSSC.
Join KSSC and Yogi Alex Lewis this spring for the perfect Sunday morning!
Alex will instruct a 60-minute yoga class with a flare. Class styles range from a wake-up practice, to HIIT to a core sculpt class. All levels welcome and modifications will be provided!
Stick around after class and reward your hard work with a pint of DAFT beer and a bit of socializing with your fellow yogis!
Class will be held outside on the patio and if it’s raining we will head inside the brewery.
Registration fee includes yoga classes as well as ONE pint of DAFT beer after each class!
