Kingstonlicious Virtual Pairing: Daft x Parsons x Sally’s

Enjoy beer and cheese pairings, followed by handmade roti.
On March 5, join brewmaster Ryan Dhillon (Daft Brewery, Kingston) and alesmith Chris Parsons (Parsons Brewing Company, Picton) to sample some of the best of local beer.
Chris and Ryan will guide you through a tasting of six beers, three from each brewery. Daft Brewery’s chef Don Lougheed has carefully selected cheeses (from Ontario, Quebec, Spain and Italy) to pair with each beer.
Your Kingstonlicious package also includes two handmade roti from Sally’s Roti Shop in Kingston.
Your take-home package includes:
- Daft Brewery’s Groundskeeper Oatmeal Scotch Stout, Never Nude Fruited Sour, and Dry Hopped Pilsner [need to add sizes, bottle/can]
- Parsons Brewing Company’s Crushable Pilsner (473ml can), Mousetrap Rye Pale Ale (500ml bottle), Rum Brûlée Barrel Aged Stout (650ml bottle)
- Six tasting size cheeses (El Tofio, Taleggio, Capri Ella, Tête Carrée, Manchego, Celtic Blue/Bleu D’Elizabeth)
- Two roti from Sally’s Roti Shop (your choice of chicken, goat, chickpea, or squash)
