Immerse Wellness Yoga, Breathwork, and Ice Bath Class at Daft Brewing

Immerse Wellness’ class includes:
- Half hour of yoga
- Guided breathwork exercises
- Ice bath plunge
- A Daft pint after the workout
Class starts at 10:30. Please arrive by 10:15am
Half Hour of Yoga – half hour of yin yan yoga specialized to stretch out lungs, relax your body, and focus your mind.
Guided Breathwork Exercises – learn the wimm hoff breathwork technique. Unlock your mind’s natural chemical potential, drive dopamine, adrenaline, and serotonin production.
Cold Water Immersion – Also called a Cold Plunge, or Ice Bath, participants will be provided with proper entry instructions, push their body, gain mental fortitude, and learn the bio science behind why you will feel amazing after you are done.
